Kodak Losing Patent Dispute with Apple and RIM...
NEW YORK - Kodak lost a patent dispute case with Apple and Research in Motion (RIM). Dispute related to technology for digital image preview.
Mashable proclaimed on Monday (7/23/2012), the International Trade Commission (ITC) said it agreed with the judge's ruling that stated, Apple and RIM does not infringe Kodak digital image in the preview.
This defeat could hurt the company in January, has filed for bankruptcy. Because they hoped to sell his patent as a way to revive the company.
Kodak filed a lawsuit against RIM and Apple pad in January 2010. At that time, Kodak is trying to RIM and Apple pay a license fee use of the technology.
