NEW YORK - The New York Times (NYT) decided to discontinue support NYTimes application for BlackBerry users. The move comes following a NYTimes BlackBerry application users.

The newspaper stopped providing support and its application for BlackBerry DealBook BalckBerry Reader on Monday, instead of BlackBerry users are advised to access the NYT mobile site. As reported by CNET, Thursday (07/26/2012).

"Today, the NYT mobile site we offer a more comprehensive reform, the experience of the original NYTimes application to your device," wrote The New York Times in an announcement to its customers.

"We have made the decision to mengkosolidasi and concentrate our efforts to expose the best experience with our mobile site," continued the NYT.
