Dropbox has been Providing 2-Step Verification - Seeing the number of user names and passwords were stolen on other websites, Dropbox ultimately strengthen security. At the forum, the data storage service is announced, has begun adding two-step verification for all user accounts.

"We added an extra layer of security to your account by requiring users to submit six-digit security code in addition to their password each time you sign-in, or connect the new computers, mobile phones, and tablets," the company stated.
The security code will be sent to mobile phone users via text messages or use mobile authentication application. Step Dropbox was launched after the company was aware many usernames and passwords stolen from other websites, which are also used to sign-in to your Dropbox account number.
